Sallie & Sandy

Sallie and Sandy were just 4 weeks old when they were dumped off in a heavy rain storm.  They were found under a bush by the dogs of some very nice people and came to us through a local shelter 6/19/2013.  Sallie's hind legs are what is known as "swimmers legs" and she is unable to walk without a device to tether her hind legs from getting too far apart.  Sallie also seems a bit neurologically impaired and has issue with the litter pan, but she happily uses the pee pads in that area.  Sallie and her sister Sandy are bonded sisters so we kept them together.  Sandy spends time grooming her sister Sallie as she is unable to do it herself.  They spend much time snuggled together napping and ripping and tearing about the place.  They are fondly known as the "Hooligan Sisters."
